Hose Reels

Our most common spring-retractable reel is the G100 which is suited to every-day "reeling" applications, such as water-wash-down hose reels, air hose reels, oil hose reels, grease hose reels and many others. It is an extremely high quality hose reel for up to 25m of ½ inch hose with superior, heavy-duty construction. Our range of I series reels offer larger hose sizes of up to 1½ inch hose for diesel or other bulk fluid transfers. We would love to chat to you to discuss your specific requirements. Hose Reel Accessories

We also manufacture a range of rotary couplings or swivels for high pressure applications for hydraulics up to 200 bar and up to 600 bar for grease. We supply hose stops, hoses and nozzles. With our partner company Develec Ltd we can offer customised, fluid management, dispensing and control systems.

4 Plastics is a division of 4 Reels Limited. Our hose reels require small, high quality rotationally moulded components. In order to meet the demanding specifications and pricing constraints, we elected to manufacture the parts ourselves and have designed and built rotational moulding machines capable of producing top quality parts.
