The G100 hose reel is a high-quality reel, designed for "every-day" applications in workshops. It is suitable for oils, greases, air and many other applications.

The steelwork is manufactured from 3mm mild steel and a high quality powder-coat finish is applied. There are no aluminium parts making it safe for underground applications. The drum is a medium-density polyethylene (food grade compliant) drum with excellent UV stability and flexibility. These attributes prolong the drum's life by minimising degradation when mounted in sunny locations and by enhancing the impact strength, as it has the ability to "bounce" back into shape after receiving an impact (within reason).

The standard fluid path is manufactured from a 40mm solid steel shaft, machined and zinc-plated to a high standard. The reel runs on polymer bushes for prolonged life.

This reel is also available with a stainless steel fluid path (shaft), or alternatively can be completely manufactured out of stainless steel, an excellent choice for external applications as well as for food-grade applications.
