Custom designed hose reels
Our in-house, hi-tech design and manufacturing facilities allow us to offer our customers the ability to
specify their hose reels to meet their requirements. Our custom designs can range from a simple air reel
with special size requirements to perhaps a 3-inch hose reel for high volume fluid transfer.
An example of a recent custom design is the modification one of our standard hose reels to a twin port
hose reel for a hydraulic application. The reel tensioned and recoiled two 7m lengths of ¾” hose to a moving
platform with hydraulic equipment mounted on it.

Custom built service vehicles
We offer a build service for lube trucks (lubrication vehicles) ranging from spray tank trailers to
high pressure washers incorporating our high quality hose reels.
The design, manufacture and commissioning of the vehicles and trailers are tested to the highest quality.

We can install custom-designed lubrication equipment to your specification and can include controllers
with management software designed to match your requirements, including:
- Supply points for bulk delivery into tanks or drum delivery
- Pumping systems

- Hose reels
